UTC acquired DigiSecurity

UTC has acquired Digi Security Limited, a specialist provider of security solutions across the UK and Europe, with a focus on IP digital technology, remote monitoring and technical guarding solutions. Chubb, a leading provider of security, fire safety solutions, and monitoring and response services for businesses and industries across the UK and Europe, is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

The terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
