Next Day call out response
 
Labour cover for the life of the contract
 
Parts and equipment cover for the life of the contract
   
Contracted rates will apply at all times if due to misuse, accidental or deliberate damage as per the contract terms & conditions


Silver Maintenance Agreement

Includes:

Two preventative maintenance visits per year
 
24 hours customer help line
 
Next Day call out response
 
Labour cover for the life of the contract
 
Contracted rates will apply at all times if due to misuse, accidental or deliberate damage as per the contract terms & conditions
   
Excludes any charge for parts or equipment
